Meeting Called to Order

 

Reports:

  • Treasurer’s Report
  • $5,008.76 Checking
  • $8,184.75 Savings
  • Reimburse for movie License $401
  • All In school field trips paid in full

Old Business:

  • Community Kids Rummage May 12th. – Amy
  • Canceled, Going to pick a date for next April
  • Kelli to text & parent update to let everyone know it’s canceled
  • Carnival – Joanne/Ms. Unrath - Joanne is all set. Sign up Genius Went Out
  • 2018-2019 Officer Nomination - Renee
  • President - Renee, VP - Tina, Secretary - Jesse, Treasurer - Michelle
  • Staff Appreciation Meal – Michelle/Renee: Meal moved to 5/25 @7:50 am
  • Registration – Kelli (Who is working it? What details do we need to have printed out and ready, Ipads for electronic sign up/volunteer, Items for pre-sale)
  • Jesse to do Sign Up Genius for PTO Events - Ready for Registration!
  • Chairperson & volunteers/helpers

New Business:

  • PTO Officer Handover/Budget meeting dates -  August 8th @ 6:00pm, Berndt House
  • Camp Read a Lot: Crafts, reading, and movie. No author this year. Whole school Participation!!!
  • Camp song - Recorded songs and video
  • Amy - Supplying food, Drop off morning of
  • Graduation June 5th- Dawn Rowder
  • Amy Email Dawn
  • Decorate cake table, PTO supplies milk or Juice, plates & forks, napkins & cups
  • Honor Roll Recognition – June 6th – Kim McDonald - Supply donuts only (only 6th & 7th grade)

Open to Floor Discussion:

  • Spirit Wear:
  • Sell Bulldog Wear at Spring Registration - to be delivered at Rock The Block!
  • Then sell again in Fall
  • Water bottles for students:  Qty: 300 - $1.98 ea + set up and shipping: $727 Total
  • Vote - Approved!! Hand out first day of school
  • Picnic in the Park - June 3rd @ 11:00 am - 4 pm - PTO/WC
  • Old PTO cabinet - Johnna is taking
  • Charcoal Grill fundraiser - Next year possibly?
