        I.            Call To Order

Meeting called to order 5:04 p.m.

 

      II.            Treasure’s report:

BMO Harris Bank as of: Monday, November 11, 2019

Savings: $6,811.07

Checking: $5,002.68

 

    III.            Fall Fundraiser (Color-a-Thon) Estimate amount raised $3100

 

    IV.            School PTO Calendar Changes: Christmas concert changed to December 11^th and Gift basket due date was changed to November 26^th.

 

      V.            Fall Fest: Thank you to Tom, Danielle, Teachers, Volunteers and PTO

Budget: $450

Spent: $405

Raised: $337

 

·         Fall Fest time change for next year will be 5:30-7pm

 

    VI.            Next Events November/December

Honor roll Recognition November 13^th @ 2:30pm

·         Joann and Valerie getting ice cream and serving.

Classroom holiday baskets

·         Chair-Jesse Berndt

·         Sign up genius

·         Flyers distributed November 26th

·         Basket raffle December 11^th during Holiday Concert

Movie Night- November 22^nd doors open at 5:45-LION KING

·         Set up at 4:45

·         Movie starts at 6pm

·         PTO and donors providing food…monetary donations will be accepted.

Holiday Shop

·         Valerie Valentine will chair event

  VII.            Amazon-Krista is still working on getting “Letter of Affirmation” from IRS.
