Call to Order
Meeting called to order 5:09 p.m.

STEM Lab- Looks great! Flooring was completely installed. Thanks for all the donations towards the new STEM Lab. Students have already been utilizing the space. Pictures will be posted.
Teacher Conference Meal- Parent/teacher conferences are scheduled for Wednesday February 26th and Thursday February 27th. Panera will be ordered in for all teachers.
Turn off the T.V. Week- Scheduled for March 16th-19th same week as the Book Fair and this year’s theme is Jungle. Joane is chairing this event with Monday night as Craft Night, Tuesday will be BINGO Night, Wednesday is Reptile Night, and Thursday will be Game Night. Volunteers will be needed for this fun week for the students.
In House Field Trips- Motivational speaker, Brad Hurtig “Never Give Up” is scheduled on April 29th, 2020 to come in and speak with grades 5th-8th. North Cape and Drought schools are also invited. A deposit of $425.00 was made (Krista).
Spring Fundraisers- Family paint night idea sounds great! Possible dates to consider would be April 3rd or April 17th. Check back with Ms. Goodsir on what day would work best. Discuss more and finalize a date at the next meeting.
The Wall of Money- 3 sets of envelopes labeled 1-50 will be displayed on Monday, February 24th before conferences.
