- PTO provided meals for the teachers during parent-teacher conferences and all went well with them.

- Fall honor roll will be held this week, virtually from the classrooms on Wednesday, November 11th so that parents are able to attend. PTO will be providing a prepackaged treat of ice cream cups for the students (30 total). Joane will pick them up and drop them off at school on Wednesday.

- The PTO is excited that we will still be able to have the Holiday Shop for the kids this year! We will be getting items from the Penguin Patch Company. It will be available for both in person and online shopping. The in person shop will be a no-touch shop. Set up will be on December 7th and shopping will be on December 8th – 11th. A Sign-upGenius will be created closer for volunteers to sign up to help the kids shop.

- January’s Chill Out event – if the event still happens the PTO will provide a snack/treat/drink combo for all students. Something prepackaged.

- The basket raffle that normally happens at the Christmas Concert is being postponed to the Spring Concert. If need be we will hold the raffle virtually in spring.

- The Christmas luncheon for the teachers will still be happening but this year to eliminate exposure they will be brought in from Cotton Exchange. Teachers will have a few options to pick from like they did for 1st quarter conferences.

- New Student t-shirts and water bottles – roughly 26 new students, including 4K. Kelli will double check the numbers and get shirts ordered. Staff t-shirts were already done for the year. Will be holding off on House t-shirts for now since students are not able to meet with their House groups at this time. Water bottles were not given to last year’s 4K class so they will be given to both 4K and 5K this year. After that is done we will see how many there are leftover. Joane will work on putting the kid’s names on the bottles.

- Genius Hour and all other after school programs and sports are on hold at this time.

- Toby asked if the PTO would like to sponsor the Student of the Month for the Middle school again this year. The total cost is $90. PTO agreed to that and will get a check to him for that.

- Val will add to the PTO website that we are currently looking for a new PTO Secretary and Treasurer. She will also add pictures and notes of what PTO has sponsored so far this year. Including purchasing sports balls for recess, child size masks and lanyards for the students.

- Was asked what PTO did last year for the 8th grade graduation. PTO purchased individual cakes for each graduate and Jill delivered them due to no in-person graduation. It is planned to do the same for this year if needed or go back to buying a sheet cake if in-person graduations resume.
