·      Chill Out wrap up – went well, good feedback from kids; worked out in the classrooms, thanks from Jonna, the kids loved the treats – even though not combined with Great America the kids were still thrilled to chillout and read

·      Teacher meal wrap up – went well, supported local business

·      Student water bottles – Lisa provided 4, there are two new kids a 4th grader and 3rd grader, Kelli will email names, get one for Joseph also

·      Winter honor roll – ice cream cups, end of quarter is this week, will need quantity, provide on the 27th of Jan

·      Spring fundraiser – cookbook, need a flier – Joane will work on the flyer, parents and teachers submit recipes, student artwork inside the cookbooks, it will be sold as our only fundraiser for this year, Minuteman Press will do printing

·      End of year carnival ideas – done on the half school day all morning (no eighth grade), it’s different every year but lately it’s been a rotation with a variety of things they go to every so many minutes, jump houses, inflatables, bouncy horses, tug of war, carnival, snacks and drinks (popcorn), chalk drawing, three-legged-race, water activity, dunk tank, bingo, think about outdoor activities, petting zoo, social distance style,  get the fire dept to come and do dunk tank and let kids see truck? TBD

·      Open to floor

Kevin asked about basket raffle – usually done at winter concert, we pushed it to spring concert, we have talked about doing it as virtual auction with bidding online. TBD

Kelli mentioned book fair – usually in March, we can wait and see. They have virtual book fairs but they don’t do as well. We usually do it during the turn off the TV week. Bingo, minute to win it, car show, ice cream social--it’s brought a lot of people inside. Not scheduled at this point. We could try to do it in May so we can be outside again. Scholastic is probably hurting for schools. TBD

Kelli is working on an online store for spirit wear. PTO still provides new student t-shirts.

Teachers have asked about getting good Bluetooth speakers for their computers in the classroom. Some need replacement, need more power. PTO can provide from our budget. Need type and quantity.
