Staff appreciation– red carpet week – Reach out to parents to give them cards or a note to show our appreciation (VV will write a message for the parent update.)

We can also give an idea in email to get a starter for people to do something.

 Breakfast – do a signup genius for parents to donate items. Date: May 11 Thurs 7:30-8:15

Let’s also get them lanyards and do a lunch. Lisa will order lanyards or ask us to help her with it.

Chinese restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. So do Monday if possible.

*Ask Kelli to send us an order on Monday morning.

 

Bus company dance party on Fri 4/21 – Taffy has volunteers: Lexy, Teri, Krista – we have glowsticks! *We need to make sure Kelli will send out a reminder for this event 4k-5th grade. Taffy will get the rest of the items for concessions.

 

Camp Read A Lot June 2, Friday – Can we supply a candy or snack? Sure. We can also do popcorn. Lisa will reply to Johnna and let her know we will help with everything.

 

Graduation 6/7 – We will need a cake, VV will pick up a PNS cake that Joane will order. 10 grads + fam= a half sheet cake? Drinks: Hawaiian punch, sherbet (rainbow) pineapple juice, sprite, napkins, plates (Joane will order).

 

Honor roll – We used up the rest of the ice cream for the year for third quarter HR.

Joane will order donuts that morning (VV can pick up with cake). Same morning as graduation, 6/7.

 

Carnival – 11 stations needed. (Joane got bids but a lot are booked. We have Will’s Fun Events/Lake Geneva party rentals $2,800 +$150 fee insurance)

Maybe Kelli could send out an all-school email on the Sunday before to get more parents involved.

We will put an item in the Parent Update to ask more parents to get involved. We could send out notes in the Parent Update to ask for helpers and also to share notes!
